Our journey has been anything but ordinary. Through every adversity, we have focused on excelling and making space for growth and transformative work. We have a deep understanding of the hardships faced by the communities we serve and we seek to build genuine relationships with families and individuals. We possess the advantage of being small enough to provide tailored support without compromising personal connection.
Our History
Excel Beyond Adversity Inc. (EBA Inc.) was founded by Sherice Fraser in December 2020 out of a personal conviction that adversity does not have to be the end of anyone’s story. EBA Inc. is a public nonprofit organization established under the 501(c)(3) section of the Internal Revenue Code. Built on a vision to help communities rise above adversity, EBA Inc. was inspired by firsthand experiences of hardships and the pressing need for viable support. EBA Inc. provides assistance to those in need regardless of race, age, gender, religion, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation.
