Sherice Fraser
Carries a vision for building something meaningful and equitable.
What resonates with me: “If you faint in the day of adversity, your strength is small” (Proverbs 24:10). To carry real responsibility and impact, capacity is needed. Adversity doesn’t create weakness. It reveals preparation and pruning. Therefore, the level of strength required cannot be average. I don’t want to be someone who collapses when things get hard. I want to be built enough to handle pressure and excel beyond it.
Tyiejah Dillon
Focused, approachable, and all about building strong relationships.
What resonates with me: “Serve one another humbly in love” (Galatians 5:13). Service is not about position, visibility, or personal gain. It is about posture. A posture of humility, where love is the motive and people are the priority. The assignment is always greater than the assignee. Whatever God entrusts into my hands, I strive to carry it with humility - never for recognition, but to faithfully serve his purpose.
Pachelle McWaynson
Resilient, flexible, creative and strategic in equal measure, and turns insight into action.
What resonates with me: “But the God of all grace… after that you have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you” (1 Peter 5:10). I believe that every season of struggle shapes me. God uses hardship not to break me, but to build, perfect, strengthen, and ground me. In this way, I can press forward with purpose, humility, and faithful trust in his plan.
Sherene Fraser
Friendly, attentive, grounded, and always ready to help.
What resonates with me: “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18). I am committed to growth in both purpose and faith. I don’t measure my life by ease or recognition, but by obedience. What God allows, I steward with his grace trusting that even the hard places are part of his design for me.
